Can I try a demo before committing to a package?

Yes. Every new learner gets a free 60-minute demo session with the matched coach. Coach evaluates your online chess platform rating and drafts a personal training path before you commit to any package.

What payment methods are accepted?

Bank transfer, e-wallet (OVO, GoPay, DANA), and credit card via Xendit gateway. Payment happens after the free demo session, when you decide to commit to a package.

Can I change coach if we do not click?

Yes. After the first 2-3 paid sessions, if the coach match feels off, we rematch you with another instructor at no cost. Fit matters more than session count.
